Do you charge per-cover fees?
No — we never take a cut of your bookings. Plan limits apply to online bookings only; staff-created bookings and walk-ins are unlimited on every plan, including the Free plan.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
There is no automatic free trial. Instead, when you first subscribe you get a one-time 14-day money-back guarantee — if it is not right for you, get a full refund of your subscription payments from your first 14 days (one-off top-up credits do not qualify), no questions asked. Request the refund from your dashboard.
Can I bring my existing bookings and customers with me?
Yes — on Plus and above you can import your customer list and bookings from a CSV file, so your history comes with you. Staff-created bookings are unlimited on every plan, including the Free plan, so you can also add upcoming reservations by hand from day one.
Do the products work without the booking system?
